Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any bets on the day01 platform. By accessing or using day01, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
You must be 21 years of age or older and a resident of Indonesia to open and operate a day01 account. Age and identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
All transactions must use payment methods registered in your own name — BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and others. Third-party transfers are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements disclosed at the time of offer. Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting or coordinated betting, will result in bonus forfeiture and permanent account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. day01 will never ask for your password. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account protection.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which day01 holds its international operating license. Any dispute not resolved through our complaints procedure will be referred to binding arbitration.
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:
2.1 To register and maintain an Account on day01, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
2.2 The Company reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within five (5) business days of a request may result in Account suspension and withholding of Funds pending verification.
3.1 Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Funds therein.
3.2 When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify day01 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
3.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any point at the Company's discretion, Players are required to complete identity verification by submitting:
3.5 day01 reserves the right to suspend betting activity or withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Accounts that fail KYC will be closed and Funds held pending investigation.
day01 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian Players: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. day01 charges no fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which day01 accepts no responsibility.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned, subject to a deduction for any applicable bank processing costs.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account in the Player's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. day01 targets a withdrawal processing time of 5–15 minutes for verified Accounts; however, processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
day01 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers internal risk or AML screening thresholds. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending verification.
All transactions on the Platform for Indonesian Players are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Company does not apply currency conversion markups. Any exchange rate differential arising from your bank's own processing is outside day01's control.
5.1 All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market or game in question, as published in the Platform's help section. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules will prevail for that market or game type.
5.2 Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where the Platform expressly offers a "cash out" or "bet edit" feature for that market. The Company reserves the right to void any bet placed in error due to a manifest pricing mistake, system fault, or data feed error.
5.3 Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. day01 reserves the right to limit stake amounts for any Player at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where risk management considerations require it.
5.4 Sports betting markets available on day01 include BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and other international competitions. Live (in-play) betting is available on selected markets. All odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation.
5.5 For mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, all selections must be correct for the bet to win. Odds are multiplied across selections. Minimum and maximum selection counts for mix parlay are published in the Platform's sports betting rules.
5.6 All RNG-based casino and slot games on the Platform use certified random number generation technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are published by the respective game studios and are available within each game's information panel. day01 does not manipulate RNG outcomes.
6.1 day01 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free bets. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which are disclosed at the time the offer is presented.
6.2 General bonus conditions that apply unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:
6.3 Bonus Abuse. day01 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once; placing offsetting bets across Accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome; using automated betting tools or bots; and colluding with other Players. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.
7.1 day01 is committed to providing a safe and sustainable gaming environment. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial or personal harm, Players are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform.

8.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the day01 brand name, logo, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or is used under license from third-party providers (including game studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe).
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Company.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension or permanent closure:
9.2 Where the Company determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to void all bets placed during the relevant period, forfeit all Funds in the Account, and report the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, day01 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 day01's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 day01 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by day01's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation would be unlawful.
11.1 Termination by the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting day01 support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with their applicable rules, and any remaining verified Funds will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
11.2 Termination by day01. The Company may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) the Company is required to do so by applicable law or regulation; (c) the Company determines, at its sole discretion, that continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the Company or to other Players; or (d) you have not logged in or placed a bet for a continuous period of 24 months (inactive account).
11.3 Where an Account is closed by the Company due to a breach of these Terms, any Funds in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, Funds derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Remaining legitimately deposited Funds will be returned after deduction of any costs incurred by the Company as a result of the breach.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which day01 holds its international operating license. The Company operates in compliance with internationally recognized standards for online gaming, including player fund protection, anti-money-laundering (AML), and responsible gaming obligations.
12.2 Complaints Procedure. If you wish to raise a complaint regarding the Platform or any transaction, you should first contact day01 customer support via live chat or email at support@day01.cam. The Company will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (WIB) and aim to provide a full response within 5 business days.
12.3 If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal complaints procedure, you may escalate the matter to independent arbitration as specified in the Company's licensing documentation. The outcome of arbitration shall be final and binding on both parties.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable Indonesian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
13.1 day01 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, notifying Players via their registered email address.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the change. Pending bets at the time of Account closure will be settled in accordance with the Terms in force at the time the bet was placed.
