11.1 The day01 Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and over. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from persons under the age of 21. Age verification is a mandatory step in the Account registration and KYC process.
11.2 If day01 becomes aware that Personal Data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will immediately close the Account, forfeit any Funds in accordance with the Terms & Conditions, and securely delete all associated Personal Data.
